Control Panel
Each web site comes with two control panels. The Admin control panel
is used to set up email/users, check file space and bandwidth usage,
see what features are on for your site, etc. The User control
panel is for controlling your email forwarding, etc.
Question:
How do I access my Control Panel?
Answer:
To access your Admin Control Panel, all you need to do is go to
http://yourdomain.com/admin
where you replace "yourdomain.com" with your actual domain
name. For us here at Ark Webs, it is http://arkwebs.com/admin.
This will give you the login screen where you insert your userid in the first box and enter
your password in the second box.
To access
your User Control Panel, all you need to do is go to http://yourdomain.com/user
where you replace "yourdomain.com" with your actual domain
name. For us here at Ark Webs, it is http://arkwebs.com/admin.
This will give you the login screen where you insert your email id in the first box and enter
your password in the second box. This will be accessible to
each email/userid you set up. It will not work however with
your admin userid as it is tied to your web site and your admin
control panel. Any changes to it must be done from the admin
control panel, not the user control panel..
