customers between the hours:

8am to noon

7pm to midnight
Mon-Sat. EST
plus some times in-between.
(We may not be available the entire time, but
someone will be there 8-12 hours each day. If you can not catch me
of the
morning, try calling in the evening. Only emergency support is available on
Sundays).
Our technical support staff are willing
to walk you through any support issues that you may encounter. This is
our preferred method and you will receive the quickest response

Ark Webs Provides no
guarantee when you choose to email technical support. Due to such
a large volume of Spam, email is not reliable.
